Helium in Nevada
Buy locally from a welding-gas or industrial-gas supplier. Las Vegas and Reno both have several. Expect around $300 for a 200 cubic foot tank, roughly $1.50 per cubic foot.
A blimp fills with about 170 cubic feet, so around $255 from empty. A sphere takes about 87 cf, roughly $130. For a three-day show, that first fill is the whole helium bill.
| Item | Cost |
|---|---|
| 200 cf tank | about $300 |
| Blimp fill from empty | about $255 |
| Sphere fill from empty | about $130 |
| Daily top-off, outdoor use | about $2.50 |
Lead time
Three to seven days production from the moment you approve the artwork proof, then two to five business days shipping.
If you are working to a show date, say so at quote time rather than after. Once production is scheduled the date is the date, and a convention move-in does not move.
Ask for a quote. Call 1-800-791-1445 or email sales@arizonaballoon.com and tell us the size and whether you want it printed.
